“The Open Exhibition was first started by downtown businesswoman, Joyce Norris, and art faculty emeritus, Max Hochstetler. As manager of the US Bank downtown office, Joyce remains an active participant and supporter of this event,” said Cindy Marsh, art professor at APSU.

“I believe this is the 17th year of the event,” Marsh said. “The location and name of the event has changed over the years but the purposes, to showcase all artists in Clarksville and to raise money for an APSU art scholarship, have always been the same.”
