APSU student awarded scholarship from Clarksville Edelweiss

Nadine Robles, an Austin Peay State University German language major, was awarded a $500 scholarship from the Clarksville Edelweiss Club for the 2010-11 academic year.

Jim Nolan, president of the local Edelweiss Club, recently presented Robles with the Clarksville Edelweiss Club Scholarship. The club awards the annual $500 scholarship to an APSU student who is majoring or minoring in German.
Robles plans to be a German teacher following graduation.

The Clarksville Edelweiss Club is a nonprofit organization that was founded to uphold and promote German heritage and tradition.
