APSU Guitar Ensemble presents evening of international music

Classical and modern works by Cuban, British, South American, Asian-American and American composers will fill the music/mass communication building concert theatre during the APSU Guitar Ensembles concert Tuesday, Nov. 18.

Directed by Dr. Stanley Yates, associate professor of music, the ensemble will perform a variety of original and arranged pieces for classical guitar duos, trios and quartets. Marian Wood, mezzo soprano, will join the ensemble, singing two Renaissance lute songs by English composer John Dowland.

The performance begins at 7:30 p.m.
