APSU faculty members elected president, program organizer of Tennessee Philosophical Association

Dr. Mark Michael, associate professor of philosophy, and Dr. Jordy Rocheleau, assistant professor of philosophy, have been elected to serve the Tennessee Philosophical Association (TPA) for the 2004-05 academic year.

Michael, who came to APSU in 1995, will serve as TPA president. Rocheleau, an APSU instructor since 2001, will assist Michael as a program organizer.

Michael, who came to APSU in 1995, will serve as TPA president. Rocheleau, an APSU instructor since 2001, will assist Michael as a program organizer.

Founded in 1969, the TPA meets each fall at Vanderbilt University to present and discuss approximately 30 original philosophical papers. Interested faculty and students are invited to attend the annual conference at no charge.
