APSU co-sponsors free workshop on doing business with government agencies

Targeted primarily toward minority, woman and small business owners, an upcoming conference on doing business with government agencies is slated for 2-5 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 14, in Kimbrough Auditorium, APSU.

The Basics of Doing Business with Local Government Agencies conference is designed to help participants master the basics of selling their products or services to local government agencies. Those attending will have an opportunity to meet and talk with representatives from purchasing offices of local government agencies.

The conference is co-sponsored by APSU, the City of Clarksville, Clarksville Department of Electricity, Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, Montgomery County, Tennessee Small Business Development Center and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
