19 students chosen Governors Ambassadors to represent Austin Peay

Nineteen students at Austin Peay State University will serve as Governors Ambassadors, representing the University at official APSU functions during the 2006-07 academic year.

The Governors Ambassadors is a group of highly motivated and talented students at the University, said Sally Allen, admissions counselor at APSU.

The selection process for this group is a competitive one, Allen said. These students are the best of the best.

The following students have been designated Governors Ambassadors: Nineteen students at Austin Peay State University will serve as Governors Ambassadors, representing the University at official APSU functions during the 2006-07 academic year.

Millie Hutchison, sophomore chemistry major from Clarksville.
Chiquita Jackson, sophomore nursing major from Clarksville.
Allison D. Jowers, sophomore premedicine major from Bolivar.
Emilee Beth McConkey, sophomore chemistry major from Knoxville.
Heather Charlene McDonough, junior health and human performance major from Stewart.
