Developed and implemented the Small Business Development Center at Austin Peay State University.  The center consistently performed at high levels.  All goals and objectives were accomplished or exceeded each year of operation.  The center was responsible for assisting area small and very small businesses in obtaining both start-up and expansion funding.  During my tenure as Director of the center I developed a recognized relationship with the SBI program at Austin Peay State University that resulted in enhanced educational experiences for faculty, and excellent consulting services for area firms.  During this period I also introduced the state SBDC network to the advantages of GIS technology as an analytical tool for small firms.
