Eta Omega Chapter of Eta Sigma Phi, the national Classics honors society, was established in the fall of 2005. Our mission is to spread awareness, on campus and in the community, of the importance of Classics, and to engage students in challenging themselves and one another to achieve higher levels of academic excellence. We also wish to be an outlet for socialization for those who are interested in academic pursuits, particularly those who are interested in any facet of the ancient world. In the past we have sponsored lectures and films on campus. Watch here for future events!! We are planning movies, parties, and various other events to be held throughout the year. We meet every other Thursday at 7:00 p.m. for a movie in Harned Hall 117.
