Before you come to Welcome, be sure to
- Apply for financial aid
To receive any type of financial aid – including Lottery Scholarships – you must submit
the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). It takes about three weeks to receive
an award letter after you apply, so don’t wait!
Visit www.fafsa.ed.gov
- Apply for Housing
If you’re a single, full-time freshman under age 21, you must live on campus OR commute
from the home of a parent or guardian who lives within 50 miles of campus. You must
apply for housing OR submit a
Residency Exemption Form.
- Complete a certificate of immunization form
You’ll need to complete
this form, have it signed by a certified healthcare provider
and bring it to Welcome.
- Submit final transcripts
Be sure your high school, GED center and/or former college sends your final transcripts
to our Office of Admissions, P.O. Box 4548, Clarksville, TN 37044. Click

Transcript Request Form you can send to your former school(s).
