Students in the State of Tennessee who are receiving the Montgomery G.I. Bill-Active Duty (Chapter 30), Reserve Educational Assistance Program (REAP-Chapter 1607), and Montgomery G.I. Bill-Selected Reserves (Chapter 1606) must verify their enrollment through the Internet WAVE application or from a touch-tone phone. 

You must verify your enrollment on the last day of each month for which benefits are to be paid.  The US Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) will not issue payment until you verify your enrollment.

• Electronic fund transfer can occur in three (3) to five (5) working days after verification of enrollment

If you have made changes in your enrollment you will not be able to verify by telephone.

• You should notify the Office of Veterans Affairs of changes in enrollment and contact the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at 1-888-GIBILL-1 (1-888-442-4551)
