VA Vocational Rehabilitation & APSU Bookstore

Effective Spring 2004 & Thereafter!  Students participating in the VA Vocational Rehabilitation program will have a $50.00 limit per term for routine supplies.  For any supplies that exceed the $50.00 limit must be prior approved by your VA Vocational Rehabilitation counselor.

Effective Immediately!  Students participating in the VA Vocational Rehabilitation program must have all web-based courses prior approved by your VA Vocational Rehabilitation counselor.  The OVA must receive the prior approval in writing (memo, email, fax, etc.) prior to the registration of the web-based courses and the submission of your Certification Request Form (CRF).  If you fail to receive prior approval from your counselor, you may be billed for the courses.

Licensing & Certification

VA can pay for approved tests taken on or after March 1, 2001 and up to $2,000.  All tests must be approved by the State Approving Agency prior to payment of the test.  Payment is issued after the test results are received.

AP Email System

APSU's APmail is the official and primary communication tool to relay information to students.  This is a free e-mail service to all APSU students.  It is your responsibility to regularly check your APmail account.

Check your Certification Status on AP Self-Service

You may now check your certification status at the beginning of each term and obtain other information by accessing AP Self-Service for students.

You may also access your admissions status, register for classes at main campus, request a copy of your APSU transcript and access your grades for a particular term or semester.
