When previewing the online orientation, you must use either your mouse and/or the <enter> key to proceed to the next step. Upon completion of the online orientation, you will need to complete a confirmation page that will be submitted to the Office of Veterans Affairs (OVA). Without the confirmation page, you will be required to complete the online orientation again.

If for any reason you are unable to complete the orientation online, the OVA provides an on-site orientation.  Contact one of the Veterans Affairs offices listed below to schedule an appointment.
