Capital Planning, Design and Construction
This site has been developed to serve as an informational resource for planning and capital improvements. We include you as an active stakeholder in your project. Here you will find information necessary to begin the project. While not every project that is submitted may actually see completion, every project is important because each one contributes to the overall growth and improvement of our university.
Current Capital Projects:
This is a renovation to convert the old car showroom and dealership to a University Welcome Center.
In April 2021, the Tennessee General Assembly approved funding for the state-of-the-art
facility. Once completed, it will feature research labs, active learning classrooms
and collaborative learning spaces.
