ECOF 2000 Costs
Registration includes:
Friday BBQ at JFT's home.

NOTE: HACHLAND HALL IS A BED & BREAKFAST, NOT A MOTEL. SEVERAL ROOMS SHARE A COMMON BATH. PRICES QUOTED BELOW ARE PER PERSON. CONTACT JFT FOR DETAILS ON THE VARIOUS ROOMS AVAILABLE IN THE MAIN BUILDING AND THE TWO CABINS. THERE ARE NO "SINGLE" ROOMS.
ECOF 2000 REGISTRATION FEE AND HACHLAND HALL RESERVATIONS, WHICH MUST BE PREPAID, ARE TO BE MADE WITH AND PAID TO JFT. IF YOU PLAN TO FIND OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS, YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYMENT.
FAMILY MEMBERS WHO STAY AT HACHLAND HALL DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THE ECOF 200 REGISTRATION FEE. THEY MAY ATTEND ALL EVENTS, BUT THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE THE REGISTRATION PACKET AND ITS CONTENTS.
FOR REGISTERED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WHO STAY AT HACHLAND HALL:
Stay 3 nights: Thursday through Saturday, Saturday Banquet and Sunday Farewell Brunch included: $170 per person.
Stay 2 nights: Friday through Saturday, Saturday Banquet and Sunday Farewell Brunch included: $127 per person.
Stay 1 night: Saturday, Saturday Banquet and Sunday Farewell Brunch included: $83 per person.
Total including ECOF 2000 Registration: 1 night = $158, 2 nights = $202, 3 nights = $245.
FOR FAMILY MEMBERS OF REGISTERED INDIVIDUALS WHO STAY AT HACHLAND HALL:
Stay 3 nights: Thursday through Saturday, but NO Saturday Banquet or Sunday Farewell Brunch: $132 per person.
Stay 2 nights: Friday through Saturday, but NO Saturday Banquet and Sunday Farewell Brunch: $89 per person.
Stay 1 night: Saturday, but NO Saturday Banquet and Sunday Farewell Brunch: $45 per person.
FOR REGISTERED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WHO DO NOT STAY AT HACHLAND HALL:
Saturday Banquet tickets: $35 per person. Sunday Farewell Brunch tickets: $10 per person.

A and W Motel, 1505 Madison Street. 931-647-3545. No reservations taken. Single $25, Double $30. (Caters to truckers.)

Information on airport transportation service:
Clarksville Limousine Service at 931-552-9000. They recommend you make a reservation with them at least 7 days in advance of your travel to Nashville in order to be assured a seat on the most convenient shuttle bus. They make only two stops in Clarksville, one at the Holiday Inn at Exit 4 and the other at the Days Inn at Exit 11. I recommend you select the Exit 11 stop. A one way ticket is $20 and a roundtrip is $37. I am hoping to have volunteers with cars who can transport folks to and from Hachland Hall and area motels. If you don't chose the two motels closest to Hachland Hall, I do recommend you chose one of the three at Exit 11.
