The main point of why a person should choose
APSU is the Student/Teacher relationship. It is
a great place to get a lot of experience in both
life and in theatre and the faculty makes that
happen. Before entering APSU, we had a number of
faculty come to talk to us in my high school and
the commitment was obvious. I have had the
opportunity to do all elements of theatre while
I was here. I have acted, directed, stage
managed and been able to touch any aspect that I
wanted to while I was here. The department
really works on trying to create a
"well-rounded" theatre professional instead of
"pigeon holing" the students and making them do
just what is needed on a particular performance. |
