The ACT-Residual is used by APSU to meet admission requirements for ACT testing.  The ACT-Residual is given at designated times throughout the year, usually corresponding to semester registration.

This test is for Austin Peay only---results cannot be transferred to another school.

Cost: $30.00---due the day of the test

Dates: Just prior to registration each semester

Requirements: Student must have submitted an application to APSU before signing up for the test. A photo ID is required on test day.

Retest Restriction:  If a student tested previously via Residual or any other non-national testing, the retest should be taken on a national test day.  If this is not possible, a minimum of 60 days must elapse before another Residual may be taken.  If the 60-day time limit is violated, the retest scores will be cancelled automatically.
