Emergency:  Dial 911

Campus calls:  Dial the 4-digit extension

Local calls:  Dial 8 + the seven digit local number

Long-distance calls:  Dial 8 + 1 + the ten digit number.  After you dial the number  you will hear a stutter tone.  Enter your 6-digit long-distance code and the call will go through.

International calls:  Dial 8 + 011 + country code + city code + phone number. After you enter the phone number you will hear a stutter tone.  Enter your 6-digit long distance code at that tone and your call will be completed.
 
Toll-free calls:  Dial 8 + 1 + the ten digit number.
