Spring 2013 Course Offerings

Voucher Pick-Up Days

Students may pick-up their tuition assistance vouchers from the APSU TECTA Office in the Sexton Building according to their level of study. Funding is limited, first come first serve.  Only COMPLETE tuition assistance packets will be processed.

New CDA Prep Students:
Tuesday, December 18, 2012
12:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Continuing CDA Prep & EC Technical Students:
Wednesday, December 19, 2012
12:00 - 7:30 p.m.

AAS & BA Degree Students:
Please call Claudia at 931-221-7300 AFTER January 3, 2013 for available funds.
IF funds are available, Tuition Assistance Vouchers will be given during normal office hours on Monday, January 7, 2013.

Tuition Assistance Packet

In order to apply for tuition assistance, you must provide the tuition assistance packet which is compiled of the following items:

  • Application for Academic Financial Support (Complete one form for each course in which you are registered)
  • Student Information Form 
  • College transcript with GRADES for last course taken (if applicable)
  • Student DETAILED schedule from college/university website
  • Account statement of fees due from college website (Tuition bill)
  • Proof of employment in a licensed Child Care in Tennessee (Check stub)
  • Student portion of tuition payment in the form of 1) personal check, 2) money order OR 3) printed receipt of online payment.
