Voucher Pick-Up Days - Fall 2014

Students may pick-up their tuition assistance vouchers from the TECTA at APSU Office in the Sexton Building according to their level of study. Funding is limited, first come first serve.  Only COMPLETE tuition assistance packets will be processed.

CDA Prep Students First Semester:
Tuesday, July 29, 2014
12:00 - 7:30 p.m.

CDA Prep Students Second Semester:
Thursday, July 31, 2014
12:00 - 7:30 p.m.

EC Technical Students as funds are available:
Monday, August 4, 2014
12:00 - 7:30 p.m.

All Other Early Childhood Education Students as funds are available:
Call the TECTA at APSU office after August 4 for tuition assistance information.  If funds are available, you may pick up vouchers on Thursday, August 7, 2014
, between 12:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Tuition Assistance Packet

In order to apply for tuition assistance, you must provide the tuition assistance packet which is compiled of the following items:

  1. Application for Academic Financial Support (Complete one form for each course in which you are registered)
  2. Student Information Form 
  3. Student Grade Release Form
  4. College transcript with GRADES for last course taken (if applicable)
  5. Student DETAILED schedule from college/university website
  6. Account statement of fees due from college website (Tuition bill)
  7. Proof of employment in a licensed Child Care in Tennessee (Check stub)
  8. Student portion of tuition payment in the form of 1) personal check, 2) money order OR 3) printed receipt of online payment.
