This year's meeting will be held at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville TN on Friday March 28 and Saturday March 29. The featured speaker for Friday is Dr. Leon Lederman, 1988 Nobel Laureate in Physics. Dr. Lederman will be giving a public lecture at 1:00pm titled "Public Science Literacy". His keynote address to TAAPT will be at 7:30pm, after the banquet. The title for this talk is "A Sensible Science Sequence for High Schools". Dr. Lederman is one of the leading national proponents for  Physics First.
