Now, some students can use lottery scholarship funds during the fall, spring and summer semesters!
You must be a degree seeking student.
Summer Lottery Scholarship Disbursement Information
During the fall and spring semesters, you’re probably juggling several classes. Taking a challenging course during a summer term will allow you to focus solely on that subject – and improve your chances of earning a good grade.
Our fall and spring semesters last 16 weeks. If you take classes during the Summer I or Summer II terms, you’ll complete courses in just five weeks. Summer III lasts seven weeks. Choose the Full Summer term and you’ll complete courses in 10 weeks.
Most people aim to earn a degree over the course of eight semesters (four years). If you treat the summer as an “extra” semester, you’ll be on the fast track to a diploma!
*Summer III term is offered through the Austin Peay Center @ Fort Campbell. The Center is open to civilians.
If you’re a current student, talk with your adviser about summer school.

Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), APSU offers classes that typically transfer seamlessly to other SACS-accredited institutions.
To be sure the APSU class you choose will fulfill specific course requirements at your university, contact the Office of the Registrar at your university. Make sure you know the course number for both the APSU class you intend to take AND the class you’re trying to fulfill at your university. Our course numbers are listed in the summer class schedule.
