Student Handbook & Calendar — Update Your Information

Welcome to Student Publications!

Please use this page to update the information for your organization for the 2013-14 academic year. Please take the time to fill out each of the fields below. This should not take more than 5-10 minutes for each organization.

***YOUR INFORMATION IS DUE NO LATER THAN 4 P.M. APRIL 15, 2013 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE 2013-14 STUDENT HANDBOOK & CALENDAR.***

The Student Handbook & Calendar is the most comprehensive publication produced by APSU to inform students, faculty and staff about the organizations, departments, policies, and events happening on campus during the academic year.

Last year, more than 7,000 were given away FREE to students, faculty and staff.

The information you are required enter is as follows:

  • Name of the Organization.
  • Contact information — including relevant phone numbers, campus addresses and email.
  • Adviser. 
  • Membership Eligibility.
  • Purpose of the organization.
  • Activities in which the organization is involved.

NOTE: The information you enter in the fields below will be published in the 2012-13 Student Handbook & Calendar, which is distributed free to students, faculty and staff at the beginning of each semester. Entries are subject to revision for spelling, grammar and clarity.
