Free USA Today e-Edition for Professors

Austin Peay State University participates in the USA Today Collegiate Readership Program through a partnership with Student Publications and Student Affairs.  This program provides convenient, on-campus access to USA TODAY newspapers for students to pick up at no charge.  This means you can incorporate real-world issues and news into your course to show how your course concepts directly connect with what is going on in the “real” world – without adding any expense.

Two simple steps:

  1. If you incorporate USA TODAY into your syllabus and would like a complimentary subscription of USA TODAY, simply email your syllabus to Gretta Clem at gclem@usatoday.com  and request an e-Edition subscription for the semester.

In your request, be sure to supply the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Name of school
  3. Street address
  4. Phone number
  5. Email address
  6. What semester (time frame) you will be teaching with USA TODAY
  7. An attached syllabus, which shows USA TODAY as a required text

You can direct students to pick up a hard-copy of USA TODAY at any number of locations on campus including the following locations:  Castle Heights, Harvill Hall, Honors Commons, Morgan University Center, Music/Mass Communication, Sundquist Science Complex, and Woodward Library.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at education@usatoday.com or 703.854.5641.
