Bus Trip to the APSU Govs vs. Murray State Basketball Game
Saturday, February 11th

Student Affairs Programs is offering bus transportation and game ticket at a cost of $20.00 each to the first 50 students to sign-up and pay the $20.00 fee.  When you sign up, you will need to fill out a Liability Release form.

The bus will depart Saturday, Feb. 11th at 4:30 p.m. in order to arrive at Murray State University in time to attend the game, which starts at 7:30 p.m., and will return to APSU immediately following the end of the game.

Students can sign up in Student Affairs (UC 206) between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Deadline to sign up is Monday, February 6, 2012. 

This trip is being offered to registered students only.  Students who depart on the bus are expected to return on the bus.

Day of Trip details:

The group will meet in the parking lot behind the Foy Fitness Center no later than 4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 11.  The bus will depart promptly at 4:30 p.m. The University staff accompanying you will verify your attendance upon boarding the bus at APSU and upon boarding the bus when leaving Murray.

The trip schedule is as follows:
4:00 p.m. - Arrive at Foy Parking Lot
4:30 p.m. – Bus Departs Foy Parking Lot enroute to Murray State
7:00 p.m. – Estimated time of arrival at Murray State
9:30 p.m. - End of game – go DIRECTLY to the bus
12:00 a.m. - Estimated arrival at Foy Center parking lot.

Eat on your own before departure or bring money for concessions.  The bus will not stop.  Be reminded that you are on a University sponsored trip and expected to adhere to the Code of Student Conduct.
