The Student Government Association (SGA) will honor one graduating male and one graduating female (in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University and SGA) for his and her outstanding service and achievement as an undergraduate student at Austin Peay State University.
Applications will be available in the Office of Student Affairs or online beginning February 27 until March 16, 2012. All applications, typed responses, and a resume must be turned in/submitted to the Office of Student Affairs, UC 206, NO LATER THAN 4:30 PM ON FRIDAY, MARCH 16, 2012.

A committee comprised of one faculty member, one staff member, and three senators approved by the SGA Senate will review all eligible Mr. and Madame Governor applications for selection of the successful 2012 male and female candidates.
You must scan and upload the following: A. Resume - your resume minimally should highlight your extra-curricular involvement and any leadership position(s) held at APSU. (See the selection criteria)
B. Responses to the following:
1. Please describe the experience that has most impacted you while a student at Austin Peay. Why?
2. What has been your most significant contribution to Austin Peay State University? Why?
3. What uniquely qualifies you to be chosen as Mr. or Madame Governor?
4. Describe how you will contribute to Austin Peay State University after graduation.
