Staff Development Committee Mission:

Promote professional, organizational and personal development through ongoing intentional learning opportunities.  The staff development committee strives to meet the following goals:

 1.  Strengthen a sense of community within the division of Student Affairs.

2.  Increase knowledge and skills to enhance professional competency.

3.  Actively support division wide and university mission and goals.

4.  Cultivate division wide organizational effectiveness.
