The Tennessee Science Education Leadership Association (TnSELA) exists to promote excellence in science education leadership throughout the state of Tennessee. As an organization, TnSELA facilitates the dissemination of information between persons in science education leadership positions and provides opportunities for discussion and peer development. Membership in TnSELA is open to all personnel in leadership roles who are concerned with, and interested in, the improvement of science education. This will include, but not be limited to, science department heads, coordinators, specialists, teacher advocates, lead teachers, consultants directors of instruction, administrators, key leaders, professional employees of state government, and faculty in higher education.
