Additional required courses (Students pursuing a Family Studies Minor must complete at least one of the following courses):

SW 3490 - Social Work and Aging 3
SW 4035 - Social Work with Children and Families 3
SW 4040 - Social Work and Family Violence 3
SOC 3080 - Gender and Society 3
SOC 3090 - Sociology of Education 3
SOC 3300 - Social Inequality 3
SOC 3600 - Sociology of Aging 3

* Choose only one of the two choices listed.

Sociology courses cannot be counted in both the sociology major and the family studies minor.
