Student Organization of the Year Award

The Student Organization of the Year Award is an award sponsored by the Govs Organization Council and given to one APSU registered student organization annually. The award will be presented at the annual Student Organization and Leader Awards to the organization that earns the most points throughout the academic year. The competition is divided into three segments: organization management, community service and school spirit. The organization that earns the highest point total between the three segments is the overall champion. Point standings will be posted monthly on the Govs Organization Council page of the Student Life and Leadership website. At any point, the GOC vice president can be contacted regarding point standing. Competition will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009.
