    Provide Safe and Secure atmosphere for faculty, students, and staff to pursue the academic mission of the university

  • Unit Objectives for Fiscal Year 2002-03

    Objective 1.0 Revision and issuance of a comprehensive departmental policy and procedure manual that compliments current laws and practices, and is consistent with TBR/APSU Policy  
    Objective 2.0 Upgrade current radio system to retain communication ability with city/county law enforcement, centralized dispatching, and retrieval of vehicle/offender information.  
    Objective 3.0 Develop and institutionalize a cadre of part-time campus safety student workers and college-credit interns to extend visibility and influence on campus.  
    Objective 4.0 Reinstitute and advertise a reliable, predictable shuttle service with a schedule that supports students' needs.
