  • Unit Statement of Purpose

    To provide leadership and strategic direction for the finance and administration division to support the mission of the university.

  • Unit Objectives for Fiscal Year 2002-03

    Objective 1.0 Implement the on-line submission and approval feature of the FRS purchasing module.  APSU will become the second TBR institution and the only four-year TBR university to implement the on-line purchasing option.  
    Objective 2.0 Maintain sufficient financial reserves for a potential 2002-2003 state appropriation impoundment.  
    Objective 3.0 Begin the process for development of a comprehensive APSU Housing Master Plan.  The Plan shall be completed by January 1, 2004.
