The Child Learning Center's mission is to enhance the growth, development, retention, and performance of APSU students and other parents by maintaining a campus children's center whose primary objective is to promote the continuous well-being of the children and adults it serves through programs and services that meet their social, emotional and cognitive needs.

Objective 1.0	The CLC with increase parent/student participation in programming efforts by 5%
Objective 2.0	The CLC will assure that the child care environment meets the highest early childhood standards in order to provide the best possible service to students and their families
Objective 3.0	The CLC will increase positive ties with the community be developing collaborative agreements with community organizations
Objective 4.0	The CLC will maintain a staff of highly qualified early childhood professionals
