Spring 2012 Term

Jan 12 - First Day of Classes

Fee Payment

Jan 17 - Last day to pay fees and/or confirm classes by 9:00 p.m. or classes will be dropped;  AP OneStop/Self Service will no be available beginning 9:00 p.m. and will reopen January 18 at 8:00 a.m.

Pass/Fail or Audit

Jan 17 - Last day to convert a class to Pass/Fail or Audit

Fee Adjustment Period

Jan 11 - Last day for 100% Fee Adjustment
Jan 25 - Last day for 75% Fee Adjustment
Feb 6 - Last day for 25% Fee Adjustment

Late Registration

Jan 7 -- Last day to drop or add a class

Withdrawal Dates

Jan 25 - Last day to drop without record
Feb 22 - Last day to drop with automatic 'W' and without instructor's signature
Mar 25 - Last day to drop with a 'W', 'F', or 'FA' with instructor's signature
Mar 26 - Mandatory 'F' period begins

Grades Availability

May 11 - Grades available on AP OneStop

Graduation

Feb 2 - Last day to apply for May 2011 graduation

May 4 - Spring Commencement -- Dunn Center
