General Information about CHET
The Chemistry Department has received approval to create a new program called Chemical Engineering Technology (CHET). We began the first classes of CHET in Fall 2009. The CHET program is housed in the Chemistry Department of APSU and will earn the successful student an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) from the university. Successful completion of this program will not guarantee employment with HSC or any other company for that matter. It will make you marketable for such positions and improve your chances of being employed by HSC or any of a number of chemical-related industries.
