Event/Activity Sign Up Our
vision for University Recreation is to provide the APSU
community with opportunities to develop and enhance all aspects
of wellness through quality recreational programs and services.
In order to participate in certain events, you will need to sign
up with us.
The general
procedure to sign up for any University Recreation event or
activity is:
1. Complete registration forms at a University
Recreation service desk. Most forms are
also may be completed online,
then printed for a signature before being submitted
at the service desk. Be sure to get a Fee Invoice for the next step
if there is a fee
involved. Steps for particular events are specified below and may be
downloaded
using
Adobe Acrobat by clicking on the form title.
2. Take the invoice to the Cashier's Office (Browning
133) to complete payment.
3. Bring the receipt to the event/activity supervisor.

To play in an intramural league or tournament, please
sign up using the form that corresponds to the event
(team or individual/dual).

If you
want to play in a team event, but do not have a team,
you can submit a
Free Agent Form. Free
agents may be picked up by teams or grouped together for
an independent team
In order for University affiliates to access
University Recreation facilities and services, the

Payroll Deduction Authorization/Cancellation (only for spouses/dependents of
permanent University employees receiving full
benefits)
