Hello APSU! I have more than 6 years of experience working in fitness centers, many as a personal trainer. After completing my degree in Health and Human Performance, my goal is to help others improve their lives through healthy living. As a trainer, I strive to help clients establish a foundation of sound principles that will show them the path to wellness. I am here for everyone, from beginners to those with extensive fitness experience. So if you are just getting started or you need a little motivation to achieve your fitness goals, contact me. Mubaarakah "MC" Isaac
Mubaarakah, also know as MC, has been involved with movement and choreography for over 20 years. She holds two certifications by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Personal Fitness Trainer. She also holds a Nutrition Advisor certificate from FiTour and works as a certification examiner for AFAA. MC owns a small business called All Bodies Fit and Relaxed and encourages people of all ages to get more involved with movement for better health and well being. Mubaarakah believes you don't have to have a perfect body to be fit. Start where you are and do the kinds of exercises you like.

Hello Austin Peay students, faculty and staff. I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. My fitness calling began almost 7 years ago before I realized it would be my career. I began as a protege of my previous fitness trainer while overseas. My love of exercise and desire to help others led me to take it on as a full time career. My goal as a personal fitness trainer is to educate my clients on the importance of making a lifestyle change versus a quick fix. My philosophy is that you can exercise anywhere there is space and it should be fun. This means at the gym, home, work, or even on vacation. And just as it is important to exercise, it's important to be mindful of what we're putting into our bodies. I encourage my clients to think smart about food choices that they make. Healthy living is the only lifestyle that's really worth living. I aim to be my client's motivator and support system; for your success is my success.

Welcome to the Foy, faculty, staff and students! I have ayear of experience of personal training clients, but have been an apprentice in fitness training since I was a baby. My mother and father are both trainers here in Clarksville, and I have been blessed with nutritional education and consistent workouts throughout my life, thanks to them. I have appreciated their influence so much, that I want to pay it forward to you by encouraging you to life as healthy a life as you can. My goal is to keep you motivated in reaching your goals, whether that is in weight management or simply increased strength to complete daily activities with ease. I see exercise as the answer to fighting the aging process and it just makes you feel great! So join me in a workout and let's start the journey together.
