Kiki Bell
My name is Kiki Bell, I’m a 25 year old Communication Major with a minor in Psychology. I am an ACSM certified trainer, and I also teach several formats of group fitness. I’m fun loving, hardworking, and a laid back kind of girl. My goal is to push you to your limits and make you stronger both mentally and physically. My philosophy on training and fitness is the same as my philosophy on life: if it were easy everyone would be doing it, growth doesn’t come without hard work and sacrifice, and most importantly, everyone has a starting place so, don’t be ashamed of your current limitations, use them as a springboard to build a better you!! I think that fitness is functionality, and that our daily activities are affected by our level of fitness. A workout should be fun and engaging, not monotonous. I am here to accommodate all fitness levels and backgrounds. Half the battle of fitness is getting to the gym, the other half is motivation, and that is where I come in. Hello everyone, my name is Holden Hudgin. I’m a personal trainer here at APSU. I have been an avid fitness enthusiast for 5 years now. I decided to advance my fitness knowledge and become a personal trainer by attaining my ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer certification in July 2012. I also completed APSU’s Trainer in Training program in October 2012. I’m capable of training anyone from beginners to advanced clients. My particular focus is a bodybuilding type of training regimen, which focuses on muscle growth, strength, and creating lean body mass. I love being active and working out because it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself, and if you need some insight and motivation, we can get you on the right track!

Mubaarakah, also known as MC, has been involved with movement and choreography for over 20 years. She holds two certifications by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Personal Fitness Trainer. She also holds a Nutrition Advisor certificate from FiTour and works as a Certification examiner for AFAA. Mubaarakah owns a small business called All Bodies Fit and Relaxed and encourages people of all ages to get more involved with movement for better health and well being.
