General Guest Information

Any current University Recreation patron may bring two guests to utilize University Recreation facilities on any given visit. The APSU sponsor must present a valid APSU Govs Card.

Admittance of guest(s) is at the discretion of the supervisor on duty to ensure the availability of University Recreation facilities to APSU students and authorized University Recreation patrons. Guest(s) will not be permitted if it might negatively impact the safety or quality of services provided.

Responsibility
The sponsor is responsible for his/her guest(s) and the actions of said guest(s). If/when the sponsor leaves the facility, the guest(s) also must leave. No guest will be permitted to remain in the facility without being accompanied by the sponsor. Guest(s) may not check out equipment but may use equipment checked out by the sponsor. APSU is not responsible for any injuries sustained during use of University Recreation facilities or equipment.

Both the sponsor and guest(s) must complete the respective sections of the form prior to being permitted access to University Recreation facilities beyond any service desk.

Age Restrictions
  • Any guest under age 18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian in accordance with our risk management guidelines.
  •  Anyone under age 16 is prohibited in the fitness room.
  •  Participants under age 14 are permitted in restricted areas on a case-by-case basis.
  • ¢ Youth participants must be supervised at all times. Individuals may not supervise a child
     while participating themselves.  

Guest Fees & Payment

Guest fee(s) must be paid at the Foy Center service desk prior to admittance. The sponsor and guest will bring proof of payment for admittance at the pool service desk. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Pool Family Passes: valid for the duration of the pool season; must be accompanied by APSU sponsor

     1-person     $30                    2-person     $50
     3-person     $65                    4-person     $75

Multi-visit Pass Note: passes valid for multiple visits are intended for a sponsor to bring a specific person in more than one time; for example, a friend visiting for spring break. They shall not substitute as a discount for bringing multiple guests on a single visit.
