Intramural Sports Council The
Intramural
Sports Council was formed to better serve the participants of
APSU Intramural Sports. The council is comprised of a
representative group
of students in an effort to continue to make
improvements to the Intramural Sports Program. The IM staff
wants to ensure that the council represents the best interests
of the APSU community. The council consists of 11 members and is
governed by the Director of University Recreation, the
Intramural Coordinator and the Intramural Graduate Assistant.

1 on-campus representative
1 off-campus representative
1 at large male participant
1 at large female participant
1 representative of the Intramural Sports
Office.
The Council
will hold scheduled meetings twice a semester and additional
meetings will be held when appropriate. The council will
rule on any protest or appeal concerning a decision made by
the Intramural Sports Office. In addition, the council shall
make recommendations to the Intramural Sports Office in
regards to IM procedures with a strong emphasis on
disciplinary and protest situations. Any suggested
procedural changes may be presented to the council and will
be considered as possible changes for the following year.
