Classes will resume when the pool opens for the season - usually in late March or early April.
This is a class that uses the water's resistance for strength gain as well as a cardio component for toning benefits. Prepare to be challenged with fun medium to high intensity cardio intervals. Part of this class will meet in the deep end of the pool!
Look for this class to return next year!
Participate in short cardio segments with an emphasis on toning exercises for the entire body. The use of barbells and noodles aids buoyancy and toning.
