Class Descriptions

Tone your whole body while being gentle on your joints, using water dumbbells, noodles and more to aid in buoyancy and add more resistance to movements.

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

This total body workout utilizes a ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements to burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques.

Get a heart-pounding, all-cardio workout using the step, body weight, medicine balls plyometrics, resistance exercises and more! Bring water to this intense, sweat-inducing class!

Work your core like never before! In this 30-minute session, your entire core will get a workout with stabilizing movements and strength training exercises using just bodyweight. So come and join us to add strength and stability to your abs, low back & hip flexors.

Check out this high intensity cardio workout with a twist! Cycle & Core incorporates a gut-wrenching core workout; challenging your abs, low back and hip flexors.

Group Interval Training will mix up interval timing and exercises to keep your body guessing! Timed intervals allow you to go at your own pace while challenging yourself with a wide range of cardio and strength exercises.

This class strictly concentrates on your abdominals, low back, hips, thighs, butt and calves by using fun strength training moves to sculpt and define.

Designed specifically for those new to exercise or looking for a lower intensity workout. This class combines strength, cardio, balance, flexibility and more to develop a more fit you!

This class level is designed to introduce fundamental drills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form of punches, kicks, and knees, as well as loads of cardio and conditioning. You’ll learn great techniques as well as blasting out rounds on the kick shields and basic partner drills. No experience needed!

Work out any knots and enhance your range of motion using foam rollers, lacrosse balls, PVC pipe and bands. This class utilizes these tools to assist with myofascial release so you can move and perform better!

Pound Fitness classPOUND® is the alternative group fitness format inspired by drumming! Get a full-bodyworkout  that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

This isn’t your traditional yoga class! Power Yoga uses a variety of vinyasas, more challenging poses and an emphasis on fitness to make you break a sweat and challenge your body.
This challenging workout is designed to build overall strength and test your muscles using a variety of exercises and equipment, like bands, weights and more.
 This upper body muscle conditioning class targets the chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps in 30 minutes.  If you are sick of doing the same old strength routine come to this class! *Fall 2017-Friday class is 45 minutes

This cutting-edge fitness program combines aerobic exercise with strength and flexibility-building yoga to create a total-body workout. This isn’t your traditional yoga class; YogaFit® combines traditional yoga poses with fitness moves like push-ups, squats and more! No experience required.

YogaLates is a fusion of  Yoga, an eastern Indian tradition that focuses on mind, body and breath, and Pilates, focuses on controlled movements to improve abdominal endurance, flexibility and balance.

Yoga Restore focuses on relaxation, breathing and gentle flexibility. This class is great for anyone new to yoga or looking for a restorative workout.

Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
