Mixed Martial Arts

 A whole-body workout, MMA incorporates various types of fighting and martial arts, such as wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, judo, Jiu Jitsu, sambo and more. With Clarksville's own SSF Submission Academy.

Kenpo Karate

Kenpo is a system of self defense based on logic and the scientific study of movement. This allows you to get a great martial art workout that combines efficient movement with intense speed.
