Jiu Jitsu

A combination of martial arts, combat sports, and self defense that focuses on grabbling and ground fighting leverage techniques to maximize physical strength and force.

 A standup striking form of martial arts that utilizes punches, kicks, knees, and open hand to block or strike by throws and joint locks.

 A practice for aligning breath, movement, awareness, and balance. Qigong exercises focus on posture, breathing techniques and mental focus  for developing a calm, relaxed state of mind.
