"I believe the role
of a personal trainer is to empower. Becoming fit and
healthy takes perseverance and discipline, and I can
give you the tools, information and guidance you need to
accomplish you goals. I worked in ROTC and the military
for 5 years, during which time my greatest joys came
from working directly with soldiers. I designed and
implemented individual and group programs to help
soldiers better their Physical Fitness scores. I
understand the need for safety while also offering
challenges tailored to individual needs. I love what I
do, and I want to help you realize your dreams and have
fun while doing it."

foundation of sound principles that will show them the
path to wellness. I am here for everyone, from beginners
to those with extensive fitness experience. So if you
are just getting started or you need a little motivation
to achieve your fitness goals, contact me and we'll work
together to get you on the right track."

believe that most things in life worth having require
one to work hard for them. This holds true for becoming
a more fit and healthier you. It takes card work and
dedication to realize your end goal and to maintain it.

use that motivation to keep you moving towards your
goal, whether it is to lose weight, tone up, or to just
be the best you possible. I have the knowledge and
experience needed to guide you toward your fitness goals

"I
have been a Certified Personal Trainer for the past 9
years and strongly believe that strength and fitness are
key to an active and healthy lifestyle. During that time
I have enjoyed training a variety of clientele with
different needs, ranging from weight loss to the
professional athlete. I believe in teaching on an
individual level, which the client can easily and
successfully incorporate into his/her lifestyle. Equally
important is to teach so that the client can gain their
own independence and use the knowledge that I pass on
for the rest of their lives." |

"Hello Austin Peay students, faculty and staff!
I have previously trained in a women's gym for one year
and have three years experience as a group fitness
instructor. I'm currently teaching strength in the
awesome Foy Fitness and Recreation Center. I believe
living a healthy lifestyle through fitness is first
discovering an individual's needs and specifications,
and then designing a plan to achieve their goals. I'm
here to help you implement an exercise program that will
benefit your health and well being. Through this you
will gain knowledge to maintain your health and promote
an active lifestyle. I anticipate working with you soon! Being healthy is a lifestyle, not an occasional
occurrence." |
