Intro 2: Strength Strength
and resistance training are exercise methods that challenge the
musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems to work beyond your
normal exertion. Gradual progression in the level of difficulty
yields health and performance benefits over time. A variety of
tools may be used to create a workout including body weight,
resistance bands, dumbbells and machines.
