Program:
Start and end
with a full fitness assessment. Get rewards for staying
active in exercise and educational activities through the
semester.
Points:
accrue a minimum
of three (3) points each week to maintain your active status
in the program.

Educational Points: two
(2) points for any wellness-related workshop with a
maximum of one (1) workshop each week.

Group Fitness:
one (1)
point for every 20-30 minutes of physical activity
performed in a group fitness setting with a maximum of
eight (8) points per week.

Individual Activity Points:
one (1) point for every 20-30 minutes if physical
activity (individual cardio-respiratory and
resistance/strength exercise) performed with a maximum
of 16 points per week (eight each for cardio and
strength).

Personal Activity:
on
the honor system, participants may report up to two (2)
points per week of other kinds of physical activity
performed; one (1) point for every 20-30 minutes. For
example: cycling, hiking, jogging, swimming, gardening,
playing active games with friends or family.
Awards:
will be given for
achievement in a variety of categories for beginner,
intermediate and advance levels. |
