Women's Rape Awareness Prevention & Survival
W.R.A.P.S. is a 12-week self-defense program
specifically for women. Learn valuable self-defense techniques and improve
your confidence level! In this program, you will learn about rape and sexual
assault as well as signs of predators. You will also take part in real-life
scenarios and learn how to react in various situations. The first 3 classes
are held in the classroom. Then move to the fitness studio for hands-on
learning and practice.
