Super Summer Triathlon

Complete a 3.5 mile swim, 150 mile bicycle ride and 60 mile run over the entire summer. Sign up and track your progress at the Foy Center. Sample training plan and training classes will be available. Incentives to all participants throughout the program; prizes to top finishers. Free to URec patrons with a valid APSU ID.Summer 2013

Tour de Tennessee

Finish our in-state version of the Tour de France by logging bicycle miles in stages that mirror the real thing. Participants record rides from any bike in the facility as well as personal cycles. The participant to make it across TN first and the participant with the most miles logged will receive prizes. Free to URec patrons with a valid APSU ID.July 2013

Learn how to keep your diet and waist in line during the holiday season in Healthy thru the Holidays. We'll help you stay active as well as show you how to make and choose delicious and nutritious desserts, meals and appetizers.Fall 2012

Buff by Break

Buff by Break is an incentive program designed to give you the resources you need to get in shape. Classes consist of discussion followed by group exercise. You will learn basic nutrition tips, different types of exercises and how to maximize your workout. Group exercise sessions will vary each week, so come prepared to sweat!
