Boot Camp
Report for your workout!
Get ready for Boot Camp! Stop making excuses and
kick-start your fitness routine. Boot Camp is for all fitness levels; every
exercise can be modified to suit your abilities. In this 4-week program,
you'll burn calories and test your limits through a combination of cardio
and strength training. Class will meet in Studio A in the Foy Fitness and
Recreation Center. The Boot Camp fee includes pre and post assessments.
Survive Boot Camp by attending 15 out of 20 classes and receive a free Boot
Camp T-shirt!
