Boot Camp

Report for your workout!

Get ready for Boot Camp! Stop making excuses and kick-start your fitness routine. Boot Camp is for all fitness levels; every exercise can be modified to suit your abilities. In this 6-week program, you'll burn calories and test your limits through a combination of cardio and strength training. Beginner sessions are held in the evening, while intermediate and advanced/extreme workouts are in the morning. The Boot Camp fee includes workouts Mondays thru Thursdays and pre and post assessments. Survive Boot Camp by attending 75% of classes and receive a free prize!
