Boot Camp

Report for your workout!

Get ready for Boot Camp! Stop making excuses and kick-start your fitness routine. Boot Camp is for all fitness levels; every exercise can be modified to suit your abilities. In this 6-week program, you'll burn calories and test your limits through a combination of cardio and strength training. Beginner sessions are held in the evening, while intermediate and advanced/extreme workouts are in the morning. The Boot Camp fee includes workouts Mondays thru Thursdays and pre and post assessments. Survive Boot Camp by missing no more than three days and receive a free UREC prize!

*Need to slowly ease back into working out? Sign up for the new 30-minute lunchtime session! 12:15-12:45 pm, every Monday through Thursday.
