Boot Camp

Report for your workout!

Get ready for Boot Camp! Stop making excuses and kick-start your fitness routine. Boot Camp is for all fitness levels! While the evening session is geared more towards beginners and the morning session is geared toward intermediate/advanced fitness levels, every exercise can be modified to suit your abilities no matter which class time you choose. In this 6-week program, you'll burn calories and test your limits through a combination of cardio and strength exercises, various interval and circuit training.

All Boot Camp classes are scheduled to meet Monday-Thursday at their respective times. Assessments are held on the first and last day of each session.
