Locker Rentals

As part of our efforts to provide a clean and safe environment, University Recreation offers a variety of locker arrangements for securing personal belongings.

Daily Use Lockers
The lock and all contents must be removed before the close of business each day.

  • In the main lobby, there are two different size lockers available for daily use. A fee of 25¢ is required each time the lock is secured.
The small lockers (5½" x 4½" x 7") are sufficient for a wallet, keys and cell phone, while the larger lockers (18"x12"x16¾") will hold a medium-sized bag.
  • In both the men's and women's locker rooms, there are ten lockers available for daily use. Patrons may use their own lock or rent one from the service desk using their patron or student i.d..

Semester Locker Rentals
In both the men's and women's locker rooms, there are four different sizes of lockers that may be rented on a semester basis at the rates indicated:

Small$1529 ½" h x 11 ¾" w x 10 ½" d
Medium$1835 ¼" h x 12" w x 13 ¾" d
Large$2559" h x 11 ¾" w x 10 ½" d
Extra Large$3071" h x 12" w x 13 ¾" d

Renewal Procedures

Approximately two weeks prior to the expiration date, notices will be posted in lockers and around the facility. In order to keep your locker location and combination, rentals must be renewed before the deadline each semester. Payment is noted on the locker rental log and may be made for multiple semesters at a time.

What happens when a rental expires?

Daily lockers that are not emptied by the close of business will be cleared by our staff. Items left behind will be placed in lost and found and held for one month.

When semester rentals are not renewed in accordance with established deadlines, lockers are emptied. Items left behind are placed in a bag and labeled. Expired locker contents are kept for one month. Patrons may claim belongings with a photo ID after signing the Expired Contents Log.

Any items left with University Recreation longer than one month will be either disposed or donated to a thrift organization.
