Currently Enrolled Students
Pre-registration Checklist Currently enrolled students may use this checklist as a brief summary of
what you need to complete your registration. Click on the underlined items to link
to more detailed information. During or before the designated pre-registration period:
You will receive priority registration
information via your campus mail address. Make an appointment with your advisor.
Obtain Alternate PIN number from your advisor.
Please keep this number in a secure place because you will need
the number to make any adjustments to your schedule.
Alternate PIN numbers change each
semester. Graduate students have their number emailed to
them.
Prior to pre-registration, check
AP Self Service (https://webss.apsu.edu) for
any Registration
Holds. All Registration Holds must be removed prior to pre-registration. The types of
Holds that can prevent you from pre-registering are (list is not inclusive):
Financial Aid debt
Graduate maximum hours
Health Services fees due
Library fines/overdue books
Traffic fines
Access AP Self Service (https://webss.apsu.edu) to
register in accordance with your 1st date to register as
indicated in your priority pre-registration e-mail.
After pre-registration,
you may make adjustments to your schedule through AP Self
Service. Any
adjustment to your schedule made after the date fee statements
are printed will not appear on your statement, but for
verification you may check your current
schedule in AP Self Service.
Fee Statement/Fee Payment
Summer term - Fee statements are mailed to campus P.O. Box or available at the cashier
window in Browning Bldg, if no campus P.O. Box.
Spring/Fall semesters - Fee statements mailed to pre-registered students (mailed to
campus P.O. Box or if no campus P.O. Box sent to permanent address.
Confirm
Your
Classes
If you DO NOT pay your fees or have your credited statement
(Financial Aid /Scholarship) stamped or confirm through AP
Self Service, even if you
have a zero (0) or credit balance by the end of Fee Payment activity, your
classes/registration will be cancelled.
